The position is a commission only role on a 15% basis.

OTE works out to $162,000 pa

Broken down 20 deals a month at $4,500 (total $90,000)

15% is $13,500 per month

Multiplied by 12 months $162,000.

Is this a remote role?

Yes, we have an office in Melbourne however you can work remotely. We just need you to be in an Australian time zone as all of our leads are here. English as a first language is preferred as well.

Do I need experience in Business, Education or Business Consulting/Coaching?

Nope, George owned a Carpentry business 3 years ago and he closes out the highest.

Just follow the process, our marketing does a lot of heavy lifting for you.

What's the application and interview process like?

Complete the application survey near the top of this page, we'll review your entry and if it looks like we might be a good fit, we'll send you a recent call recording to study, and then the first interview will be a mock sales call.

If you're successful during that, we'll schedule another interview to just get to know you a bit better and make sure you're a cultural fit.

What does a typical day look like?

Usually a start of day team meeting where we'll look at the calendar for the day, any leads we have in the pipeline, then it's pretty much straight into mostly back to back Teams calls with prospects that have booked into your calendar. In the afternoon, we will have a sales training and upskilling meeting.

Between calls you'll follow up leads and chat with the team on Teams.

Is this cold calling?

No. Prospects book their own calls into your calendar, just set your availability.

In between calls, there is a pipeline to follow up to rebook and keep the calendar full.

Do I need sales experience?

Yep, we prefer a background in sales that isn't just retail like working at JB Hi-Fi or something.

Preferably selling expensive stuff - Car salesman historically do well, but if you've also sold high ticket education or coaching, that's great too.

Is this a sales event?

Our CRM is HighLevel.

Teams for sales calls.

Teams for team communication.

Chargeover is our billing portal.

What's the company culture like?

We think Wolf of Wall Street bros are pretty cringe - So certainly not that far on the extreme sales spectrum.

We like hitting targets but we're not beating our chests, shouting affirmations or doing anything to make a sale.

Also have a massive focus on customer success and satisfaction. If we think someone's just not a good fit or gonna be a pain in the ass, we don't sell them.

How do you measure success in the role?

Deals closed per month - You should get at least 10 in your first month.

Then averaging 20.
